Schütz Free Ticket collection for compliant IBCs
IBCs can be collected free of charge when they meet the conditions for Schütz Ticket Service. See conditions here
IBC Washing
We offer closed loop washing using our purpose built IBC washing facilities.
Food grade IBCs are not considered food grade after their first use in a food grade controlled environment and therefore cannot be washed to food grade standard.
IBC Reconditioning
We are sole agents for Schütz brand IBCs in New Zealand and have IBC parts to enable reconditioning of Schütz brand IBCs.
IBC Rebottling
We can rebottle your Schütz brand IBCs. This ensures waste reduction by utilising the IBC cage and pallet base to achieve further reuse of your Schütz IBCs.
IBC Disposal
We provide a collection and disposal service of IBCs that are no longer fit for purpose at a cost to the end user.
Prices vary depending on location of IBCs and amount/type of product remaining in the IBCs
We operate our own dangerous goods approved transport to ensure your IBCs are transported with the highest level of care.
Onsite Audit
We offer onsite audits of IBCs you receive product in to ensure their are fit for purpose by being either dangerous goods or food grade compliant.
We will provide a full report and stepped process plan to identify non compliant IBCs.
Many manufacturers/end users of products supplied in IBCs are unexpectedly purchasing product supplied in washed IBCs that have retained their food grade labelling.
Food grade IBCs are considered food grade for their first fill only.
Food grade IBCs are manufactured, filled and decanted in food grade environments. The control of a food grade IBCs authenticity is lost when they have been opened and enter a non food grade environment. They are no longer considered food grade at this point.
There are very few IBC washers/reconditioners worldwide (if any) that could control a closed food grade loop for IBCs from IBC manufacturer to filler to user to washer, let alone wash porous plastics/IBC valve internals to a food grade standard.
